    At Flying Dodo, we want you to be as happy with the clothes as we are. If there is an item that you are not satisfied with or that you believe is faulty, we have a returns policy in place that will resolve any issues.

    The returns policy is as follows:

        We understand it can be tricky buying clothes online, without seeing them in person. At the moment we are only trading online, so we highly recommend using the size charts provided in the clothing descriptions. This could save time and hassle when it comes to getting the right size for you the first time around.

         

        To be eligible for return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it.

         

        Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
        If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

         

        Sometimes clothing can have faults, which we might not always spot ourselves. On the rare occasion that you are on the receiving end of a faulty item, or you believe that you have been send the wrong item, please get in touch and we will either provide a full refund or exchange it for something else.

        If you are posting an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable postage service or purchasing postage insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

         

        You are responsible to cover the postage costs for any return items. HoweverIf an item is faulty, or there has been a mistake while packing your order resulting in the wrong items being delivered, we are happy to refund the cost of the return postage once we have received the item(s) in question. In order to do this, e-mail us a receipt of the postage regarding the unwanted goods to flyingdodoclothing@gmail.com
